Groupe Santé IPA is pleased to present its new 3-week Expanded Role training! Formatted  according to the systemic approach, it makes it possible to review the basics of physical assessment, the process of safe and complete management of a patient in acute care and the analysis of differential diagnoses according to the SOAP method. We cover a broad spectrum of knowledge from pediatric vaccination schedules to advanced cardiac life support.

Our training team brings together nurses with several years of experience in Quebec’s Far North, so they can train you to manage the more complex situations healthcare workers may face. This training team will share their broad knowledge and integrate everything into this rich program. Rest assured…this training has nothing to do with PowerPoint presentations or reading a manual while sitting in front of a teacher!

In addition, Groupe Santé IPA believes that everyone is different. Indeed, with our knowledge of Quebec’s Far North, we know that it’s important for our employees to bring their own knowledge and experience with them to work. Our goal is to ensure everyone has the appropriate training, but also to ensure our team develops their strengths and works on their weaknesses.
