Information we collect

• Contact form: first and last name, email, phone and message, used only to answer you.
• Applications: contact details, desired position, resume and cover letter, used only to assess your application and offer you assignments.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers and hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also protects it against bots (Turnstile) and keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested). Contact form messages and applications, with their attachments, are delivered to us by email through SMTP.com; they are kept only in our mailbox. These providers may process information outside Québec; we choose them for their security measures.

Cookies

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) to measure traffic and understand how the website is used (page views, clicks, scrolling, anonymized session recordings). These tools set cookies and process data in the United States. Form fields are masked: what you type is never recorded. You can accept or decline when you arrive, and change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Without consent, we only use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking people across websites. Cloudflare’s anti-bot check may also set a technical cookie needed to protect the forms. The website uses no advertising cookies.

Retention

Applications are kept for as long as the recruitment process requires, then securely destroyed, unless you allow us to keep them for future opportunities.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
