Founded in 2018, Groupe Santé IPA’s mission is to value the work of healthcare professionals and provide them with a work environment that allows for great freedom of movement. 

Having worked for many years in the healthcare recruitment sector, the founder of Groupe Santé IPA wanted to change the game for his employees. Too often, some placement companies see their employees as mere resources with little appreciation for what they do. Our founder, however, aimed to create a company where employees are treated as the professionals they are; as equals.
